Laura takes a warm and supportive approach to supervision, striving to create a safe and nurturing environment where psychologists can develop their skills, reflect on their practice, and seek guidance and support.

With extensive experience supervising provisional psychologists—across Masters placements, the 4+2 and 5+1 pathways, as well as Clinical Registrars and fully registered psychologists—Laura tailors her supervision to the unique needs and developmental stages of each supervisee.

Her broad experience across the tertiary education, private, and not-for-profit sectors equips her to support psychologists in a variety of roles.
